Dr. Jessica Stahl, Clinical Psychologist
Embrace Your Authenticity!
Perhaps you are considering taking the initial steps to engage in the therapeutic process in hopes to catalyze change. If so, I applaud you. It often takes courage and strength to venture outside of one's comfort zone. I believe that our most important task in life is to embrace who we truly are and to express that uniqueness in the world.
I am Dr. Jessica Stahl, a Licensed Psychologist with a Psy.D in Clinical Psychology. I work primarily with adults who are experiencing a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, anger, grief, loss, trauma, addiction, stages of life difficulties and fertility issues.
Therapy is a collaborative process in which trust and relationship is essential. I believe that you are an expert in your own life and hold valuable wisdom about your current circumstances. Throughout our work together, it is my hope that you will trust my clinical judgment and extensive training to help facilitate your process and achieve your individual goals. My personal goal as a psychotherapist is to provide you with a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and professional environment in which to explore and express your authentic truth so that you can live the most fulfilled life possible. I believe the power of psychotherapy can be life changing, and I am both honored and privileged to bear witness to each of my patient's unique journeys.
I use an integrative approach to inform my psychotherapeutic process and draw on a variety of tools that include both depth and imaginal psychology, as well as, EMDR, DBT, and CBT.
